To start your project as well as the resources in the pack you will need:
• The use of an appropriate kitchen with a fridge and freezer
• A workforce to run the scheme, how many you need depends on how many feel good food bags you prepare each week.
• An identified customer base.
• Funds to purchase suitable scales, bags, food containers etc
• A dedicated project worker to organise and oversee, production of bags, sales, costings, advertising, management of any volunteers or work experience placements.
• Grocery supplier and butcher for weekly ingredients for bags.
